The lot was beautiful and plenty space for ages 8 to 80! Due to storm did not get to use the amazing fire pit , but everyone was able to take turns , get on the lake, walk neighborhood and pool was nice chilly! beds were comfortable. Stores close by and we had all needed to cook great meals. Could have used more kitchen towels. Plenty dishes, cooking needs and several places to spread out. Very beautiful spot. Thanks for sharing your property

Great place to stay. Close to lots of restaurants and parks for kids. 30ish minutes from Jax stadium. Fantastic view, very relaxing. House was clean and had everything you could need. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc. Upstairs bedrooms were great as well. Very comfortable beds. We had 4 young kids in our group and place was mostly kid friendly, just need to keep extra eyes on stairs while inside the house. Definetely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Would most definitely return if we need another airbnb in Jax.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful, and the house was spotless with unique floor tiles. The pool was perfect for our kids, and the location was great—safe, charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The leather reclining couches were super comfy, and the movie room with Netflix and Hulu was a hit. The laundry room was a great bonus, and the spacious kitchen (with a fridge that had a TV!) was a fun touch. Overall, a perfect trip—we'll definitely be back!

Ann was amazing! She is very friendly and personable. She was super helpful and always there for us whenever we had an issue! Definitely would recommend this place! :)

The best thing about this place is the owners. They are absolutely phenomenal! The saying, "Ask and you shall receive " is key here. They are so responsive! They checked in after night one. My family has extreme sensitivity to fragrances. I mentioned that we didnt sleep well because of fragrances on the sheets, blankets and items. They worked with us to find a solution but I said no worries we will figure it out. Instead this sweet family ordered new sheets, towels, hand towels and washcloths for ALL the rooms. We communicated consistently throughout the stay. They provided everything we needed and then some. The pool is PHENOMENAL! We spent so much time in the amazing heated pool. In addition as they were ordering paper products and other things I noted would be helpful (silverware etc) they also ordered more pots and pans too! Any questions we had they answered. They went above and beyond. Best hosts. Comfortable rooms. We love the closeness to highway and other attractions. ❤️

I had an incredible stay at Blue Paradise property! The space was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants and recommendations provided by Roland and Denise. The communication with the host was excellent; they were friendly, prompt in responding, and made sure I had all the information I needed before my arrival. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!
