the place was nice perfect for a couple right next to 5 points so a lot to do within walking distance the only thing is the room can get a little warm at times so i would bring a fan but other then that small detail it was a perfect stay i would recommend this place to anyone

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s This fully furnished airbnb is a gem 💎. My boyfriend was having some remodeling done at his house so we needed a place to stay for 3 days. The hosts were super attentive, and also let us be to enjoy the space. It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The hosts thought of everything from easy to read labels on all of the cabinets, every cooking utensil, pots, pans, you could possibly need to cook a nice meal. The blender was a plus.💫 So many bonuses I don’t want to forget to mention, like extra charging/electric outlets, tower fan, small heater, toothpaste, body wash, extra fluffy towels/wash clothes, Himalayan salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods, paper towels, and xtra toliet paper. I have enjoyed the awesome crushed ice and filtered water💧 that tastes better than any I have had in Jacksonville. Huge full size refrigerator. There is a publix less than a mile away. The bed is super comfy and the sheets are buttery soft. Thank you David&Vi

I had a fantastic stay at Eboni's! The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxation. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was the patio by the water, the view was simply breathtaking and added to the overall comfort. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

The place was really tidy and had all the basics I needed. I loved that Zac included beach towels, chairs & umbrella to use! The walls are pretty thin so you can hear a lot going on about the neighbors but most of them were respectful & quiet.

Nice location and walkable to many entertaining options and the beach. Hosts were quite responsive to any issues and quick to help resolve. Enjoyed my stay.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I stayed at this listing for a month and felt safe and comfortable. The unit is a private suite connected to the main house, but you maintain total privacy with in-unit amenities. The space is perfect for one or two guests, and the unit is located for you to enjoy Fleming Island and Orange Park. Jackie keeps the bathroom VERY well stocked also! Of note- for guests working from home, the WiFi is not the fastest. There is a smell of tobacco as mentioned in a previous review, but we did not find it to be an issue during our visit. Thank you Jackie for the great stay!

If you love / vibe with apartment living "feel", you will feel right at home in this cute, spacious, two bedroom, two full bath apartment steps away from the swimming pool/hot tub/gym. ...and the sheets on the beds..... soooooo soft. Oh, and depending on traffic you're anywhere from 5 to 11 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic. Super convenient for us since we were visiting Jacksonville specifically for the Mayo Clinic. 🤗

Carla was very responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy and enjoyable. The location is great and very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and in a very safe area. If we are ever around town again we will definitely reach out to her!

The pictures does this place no justice. Very Clean. Up to date furniture. No smell. I felt at Home. Towels clean,pretty and thick. Bed was very comfortable. Dove products in the bathroom. I loved this place. The view was beautiful. I would highly recommend and i will be booking again.

I wanted to surprise my bf for his bday, I wanted something relaxing and peaceful and Eric place did just that. I love how the guest have they own private parking space and it was right next to the studio. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because the weather wasn’t very friendly, my bf enjoyed the place so much mainly because we work a lot so getting away from home and relaxing was something we both needed, I booked the place for him but I think I needed it more than him, the lack of noise was very soothing and pleasant. Thank you Eric for a peaceful weekend. Would definitely book again.

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

Clean. Nice accommodations. Nicely equipped kitchen. Good walkability. We attended a festival at Seawalk Pavilion. It’s good proximity to the pavilion. Responsive owners.

Brookes place was so quiet, I don’t know if it was because it was down season or what but I never heard any neighbors in the building. The hotel next door however does blast the music until late at night especially on weekends. The place was homey and we felt pretty comfortable. It was a large enough space my parents and brother/sister in law stayed with us including our two young kids, and everyone had their own bathrooms. Was very nice to have access to beach stuff and a private washer/dryer in the unit. I voiced concern to Brooke after my senior mother mentioned she almost fell in the tub during a shower because it was slippery, and Brooke made sure to have two bath tub mats brought to the unit before the day was over. She was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. And had everything we needed for basic everyday cooking. Looking forward to staying again.
