We stayed for 1 night as my friend and I were in Edinburgh to see a concert and we were really impressed by the inn, from the moment we walked in, all the staff were really friendly and helpful. They recommended us the bus stop which got us into the city within 45/ 60 mins and to the concert which was so helpful as neither of us have been before. The room was beautiful and so spacious. We both had a wonderful night sleep. We also had a drink outside before heading to the concert and it was lovely. Overall a wonderful stay we both highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you again, the Balerno Inn made our trip to Edinburgh that much more memorable and special xx

Marta and Gaja are a beautiful family! I felt home from the moment Gaja and the little Aadya opened the door to me :) The place was so peaceful and the bed so comfy that the first night I overslept and woke up refreshed and ready to visit and explore the city! Every corner of the house was amazingly clean and the house itself it’s full of colors and lovely details that perfectly represent how warm and kind Marta and Gaja are. The bus stop is not even 5 minutes far from the house and there’s different buses you can take to reach the city center and the airport as well. I definitely recommend to stay at Marta’s (which has been a super communicative host) to enjoy a bit of peace of mind and visit the beautiful Edinburgh :)

The place was incredibly clean, all of the receptionists were all great and welcoming people. We were kindly invited to leave our bags in the storge room while we went out on the day of our departure. Very recommended.

Ho soggiorno una notte con la mia famiglia. La camera numero 7 è un miniappartamento composto da camera, bagno e salottino , ricca di confort e coccole per gli ospiti. Siamo stati davvero bene. Ad ogni richiesta l'host è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. La zona è davvero tranquilla e comoda. Consigliatissimo!

It’s a great experience. Location was very convenient, everywhere was in walking distance. I totally recommend this place! :)

Superb location, very responsive host. Place is modern and spotless - beautiful bathroom. Exactly as described, would recommend to anybody traveling to Edinburgh. We travelled as a couple with small baby and they had a travel cot and high chair in the studio for us.
