Where to start. The place is far beyond what it looks like in the photos. It’s truly stunning. Hosts were amazing! We got in late and the fire was on, place was toasty and the hot tub had been fired up and was ready to go. The place was mint, stunning and the views were something else. Such a wonderful place and we will definitely go back someday. Truly the best Airbnb we have done. Thanks so much.

We had a fantastic stay, I would definitely return and recommend to others. It was very clean and tidy, had all amenities, beautiful log burner which made it super cosy. They had a log self serve which was very handy. The hot tub was lovely and the views were wonderful. The hosts responded quickly and are very friendly. Very satisfied with the stay

Dawn was incredibly communicative and kind from the very start. I booked for my girlfriend's 30th birthday and everything was perfect. The attention to detail at the place was beautiful and it was amazing to hear of how it was Dawn's lockdown project, which she built herself. I had a special request to see if we could have some other family come for drinks one night after the birthday dinner and Dawn was very obliging, even giving us an extra table from her own home. Couldn't recommend Dawn's place enough - it's stunning and the hot tub was superb!

One of my favourite ever stays, Susan is just wonderful and was on hand for everything we could possible need, both in terms of advice and practical items. the cottage is super cosy/warm, extremely comfortable, genuinely just feels like a home, an absolute pleasure to come back to after a day exploring in the fresh air. Would head back any time. Brilliant xx

This is the second time we have stayed at Nuthatch and it was just as lovely as we’d remembered. Meng has put a lot of thought and care into making guests stay comfortable and relaxing. The cottage is fully equipped, clean, warm on arrival so that everything is taken care of. We really appreciated the milk and biscuits so we could have a cuppa when we arrived and also the hot chocolate for the kids. The eggs also came in handy for breakfast. I really can’t fault this place in any way, we’ll be back again. Thank you Meng x

We had a really lovely stay, the hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly! They gave super clear instructions for arrival and the accommodation was stunning: the views, inside, the garden. The Prosecco when we arrived was such a nice gesture, we really felt so at home. They checked in with us to make sure everything was okay too. Would highly recommend!

We had a great weekend at Millstone cottage , a lovely place spotlessly clean ,warm , everything we needed was provided by Jill. The location is idyllic by the river and so peaceful ,the hot tub is a bonus. We will definitely book again and highly recommend this place to others.

We had a very friendly welcome and were left to admire the character of the cottage. I loved spending time in the jacuzzi as did my wife, son and sister in law. We were with our 4 month old daughter. First time taking her away and we felt she was old enough to finally go somewhere different. Tracey provided us with a travel cot which was great. Was a great getaway in a quiet area. Loved spending time in the cottage and I actually watched a DVD after years! A great switch off from city life. Thank you again Tracey. And as everyone mentions. The cakes were great!!

We had a lovely relaxing short break in the cotswolds at maxines cottage. Set in a very picturesque location, it was just what we needed for our last trip away before our baby makes an appearance ☺️

Beautiful home, beautiful location. Peaceful and tranquil. Wonderful walks mere steps from your door. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The garden is enclosed so suitable for your four-legged friend. Robert was friendly and communicated clearly. We would highly recommend. It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

We had a great stay at River Cottage. We were a group of six adults, a baby and a dog and it catered for us perfectly. The house is beautifully finished to a high standard, and a lot of thought has gone into it. There are lovely touches including plenty of wood for the log burner so we didn’t need to go out to buy any, plenty of kitchen utensils with everything you need, board games and puzzles, and even a children’s painting kit. The dog bed, high chair and cot provided made it a home from home. The stair gates were an added bonus, but didn’t detract from the beautiful finishes. We couldn’t recommend high enough and are already planning to return.

We had such a wonderful stay in Deer View Cottage. The cottage is beautiful, very cosy and comfortable. Everything about the cottage is perfect. The beds are comfortable, a great selection of glasses inc nice large wine glasses, lovely M&S crockery and lots of utensils. Blockley is a beautiful village with some wonderful local walks, with the rest of the Cotswolds close by. We fell in love with Dylesford Organic farm shop and had the most wonderful meal at The Bull in Charlbury. Michelle was very quick to respond during our stay and provided useful information leading up to our stay. Thank you Michelle and family for letting us stay in Deer View Cottage.

Lovely little cottage where I based myself for a week with my dog. There's a track that leads up into the woods to the left of the cottage and you can walk and walk. House was lovely and clean, everything you need for self catering. Quiet and peaceful and Lorraine was a lovely host.

Had a lovely few days here over Xmas, the cottage was really cosy. There was plenty of wood for the wood burner, so we were nice and warm. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked, although there was no salt or oil, so don't assume that it will have everything that you need, that said, I managed to cook a Xmas dinner for us all with no problems. The location is lovely, with some good walks from where the car was parked, but make no mistake, those steps are not for the faint hearted, so pack light (unlike us who brought an entire xmas down the steps-then back up!!!) All in all, a lovely stay and would return (although with less stuff!)

Beautiful little bolt hole and great base for spending time in the Cotswolds. Lots of character, all the amenities you need and the most gorgeous log burner for cold nights in February. Judy was the best host, can’t recommend enough. Thank you we will most definitely be returning

Lovely, peaceful location. Short walk to the pub with a great Indian restaurant and takeaway. The whole place was immaculately clean. Really comfy bed. As mentioned by others parking is a bit of a squeeze.

Rick was brilliant with helping us plan the trip, very responsive and helpful. the cottage was lovely and cosy, thoughfully decorated for Christmas, just what we hoped for. Rick gave us loads of helpful information and came and set up the speaker we couls play music. the only drawback is that Ruardean doesnt have shops or a pub, and you need to drive to get to the nice walks, its only 10 or 20 minutes to loads of beautiful forest walks, so not a massive deal, but you definitely need a car and driver. but overall a lovely cosy cottage Christmas, welcoming Church service, and refreshing forest walks. thank you Rick!

The best things about this property are really how peaceful and quiet it is, whilst being surrounded by beautiful countryside. The house itself, whilst small, has everything you need. Very well thought out, with great little touches. Kind hosts. It was lovely sitting outside in the courtyard, reading with a coffee, whilst the sun was coming down and the owl swooping by.

A lovely, restful and beautiful location for our week away with our toddler! Comfortable barn with easy access to all the local walks, towns and attractions. Linda was really friendly and we loved seeing the horses around the stables!

An incredible stay over Christmas with my family. Ann made so much effort with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, wreath and decorations throughout. The home is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need! Ann & Pete were super friendly and very responsive! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage with us. We immediately felt at home and wish we could stay longer.

The four of us had the best time. Gorgeous wee cottage, lovely hot tub. We had the best time and hope to return! The cottage is very secluded and there are road-free walks to the pub which was very welcome. Bedding was really lovely and beds comfy. Bathroom a good size with excellent shower. The cottage has been renovated recently and is at a lovely standard. Home from Home xx
