Philip’s place was awesome. Great indoor and outdoor space and all the amenities. Location is great to explore St Thomas and was easy to find and peaceful. Definitely recommend. 5 stars.

All the reviews are true! This is a super comfortable quite place, especially with family, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are hard to find. My daughter loved being able to manage the a/c temperature in her room to her liking! The newly refinished bathrooms were a dream, beds were comfy, great water pressure, icy cold a/c when you want, and crazy fast wifi- all while hearing the ocean steps away. This unit is centrally located on the islands- so you are just minutes from getting anywhere. We had the pleasure of meeting Mike in person and his tips/suggestions helped to make our stay even better. Highly suggest following his guidance on bringing snacks and food with you. The sunrises were amazing and the iguana was friendly! I would not hesitate to stay at any of Mike's properties again. Book now while you have the chance! 

Hummingbird Haven was great for our family! The view is beautiful & we loved sitting on the balcony. You can easily walk to the beach or the pool/hot tub. It was so nice to have so much gear to use— snorkels and masks, beach balls, noodles, towels, etc. We spent our first couple days just at the beach or pool and our kids (preschool up to teens) loved it! Each room had its own temp control, so there were no squabbles over the thermostat. It was very quiet throughout the complex; nothing disturbed us getting our littlest to sleep at bedtime or naptime. You can easily walk to Sangrias for a low-key meal, or Caribbean Fish Market for a nicer dinner as well! Oh— and I must mention that my kids’ favorite thing might have been the tortoises and bunnies on the walk to the beach! There is a marked parking space right by the condo. We didn’t have a car— it’s easy to walk to the office and get a cab. It’s only a 5 min, $7/person cab ride to RedHook to hop the ferry to St John! We’ll be back!

Highly recommend! The place is in a great location near Red Hook on the East end of the island, extremely close to the ferry to St. John which is only 15 minutes. Wonderful beaches nearby and fantastic restaurants located in Red Hook. Shawn was an extremely helpful host recommending numerous restaurants we went to and the place was beautiful, clean and the private pool was definitely an added plus. The restaurant that is attached to the Villa complex, Pangea, was delicious. We cannot say enough great things about the trip and highly recommend Shawn’s place if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!

This is coming to you from a young female solo traveler- the place is brilliant. I walked the entire place day and night and not once felt unsafe. I did work while I was there so I didn’t spend a lot of time off the resort but i don’t feel like I missed out. The 3 pools had such great views along with being clean and lit up at night. I didn’t go to any beaches on the island so I really loved Sugar Beach at the resort- sun, sand, beach chairs, beautiful views, I was there everyday after work. I didn’t rent a car and I didn’t feel like I needed to. Management will help you call taxis which was helpful (also nothing too expensive for just one person). And the views from inside the Airbnb…. so freaking awesome to do the 9-5 job while looking at views you would see in travel guidebooks. And of course, Patrice & Xaverie were on top of their shit from before check in to after check out. All the positive reviews are 100% correct. 10 out of 10, an excellent place to stay.

Island Daze! This is a wonderful condo with a great location for easy access to the best beaches on St. Thomas. The gated condo property felt safe and inviting with the several pools and on site restaurants. The view overlooking the waters of Smith Bay was as pictured. Bert was a great host from start to finish and was extremely responsive. We would certainly return and you will no t be disappointed.

We loved every second of our stay! The accommodations were perfect and the view of the ocean was incredible. The resort was beautiful and very well kept. It was so fun to have all of the wildlife around us - there were countless iguanas! We really enjoyed the restaurant and market. We even scheduled an Oceanside massage (which we highly recommend)!

I really enjoyed my stay at High View. The accommodations were great, the view breathtaking and the host was responsive and friendly. I would stay there again.

They thought of everything, stocked with the small things. On an amazing beach with great scenery. Pangea is an excellent restaurant right next store. I would stay here every time I visited.
