This is our second time staying here, love the location the place is cozy, clean and comfortable. A very quick walk into the village allowed us to leave our car parked.. having a pool too was very nice.. we will be staying here again, thank you Jon

We had a wonderful weekend at this cabin. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to so many things. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying here for an annual golf trip and I hope to stay here every year. The hosts are amazing and the place is perfect, really is a gem of a find in the Adirondacks.

It was a great set up for us. Very close to a small Adirondack town(Inlet), we ordered pizza and got ice cream about a mile from the home. As well, we stopped at the small grocery store and got some items. My son is obsessed with fishing, and there are plenty of spots very close by. The house was clean, and the Donna had it well stocked. The house is very comfortable and well suited for our weekend get-away. I would stay again.

Super easy check-in, centrally located, and very clean. Everything our family needed for our stay. Juan was easy to reach out to and responsed quickly. A great spot in the Mohawk Valley.

We had a great stay at Jacob's place. It had everything we needed and he was close by if we didn't. Having your own apartment makes you feel more relaxed than sharing a space. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked. We even had our own parking spot near the door which is amazing anywheres but especially in Little Falls. If weather had allowed we could just walk two house and been to the park. It was a clean, quiet & peaceful stay. We will definitely be returning again when we are in area.

Felt at home during our stay. About 5 minutes from Herkimer community college, where we have family members that attend. great location and a very nice neighborhood. we are likely to stay again!

This was our second time staying at the cabin and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Hosts are very quick to respond and everything we needed was provided.

It was the perfect location between the ski lodges: Snow Ridge and McCauley Mtn. The rooms were cozy and the kitchen was the perfect size for cooking dinners.

Charlene was extremely responsive- low key, loved being welcomed into a cozy, family friendly environment.

We had a great time at Rocky Lodge! The lakeside setting is unmatched. We loved fishing off the dock, swimming off the dock, paddling around the bay and listening to the loons. The house and boathouse were clean and comfortable, check-in and communication were easy. We'd like to come back!

This was our 2nd stay here. The home is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. Given the 8 inch snowstorm on Thanksgiving, we were thankful for the use of a 2-car garage. The large home comfortably accomdates my Dad, my wife and me, our three sons, and their families. We use the home as a place to sleep, spending two days at my nearby sister's home. She hosts the family Thanksgiving celebration with over 35 guests from 5 different States. It is crazy fun but we were thankful to have a quiet home to return to in the evening!

The house was perfect . It was spacious and comfortable, and so convenient for a family get together. if it is available, I would stay there anytime without question. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it very easy to accommodate our group. Thanks Samantha for a wonderful weekend!

We had a fantastic stay! Samantha’s house is exactly like the photos, and such a fun experience for the family. With more than enough room to spread out, it is the perfect house to relax after a long drive, or day exploring Cooperstown (less than 15 minutes away!). We will definitely be back!

Place was exactly as we expected upon arrival. Was extremely clean and we all felt right at home! Also was nice being right by the snowmobile trail! I Would highly recommend to anyone!

Cute little house, it is older so has creaky floors and doors, but it has a lovely homey feel. Plenty of space for our family with the three bedrooms. And our little one year old loved all the children's books and toys.
