Great location, loved staying here. lovely walk to oceanside harbor and oceanside harbor beach- only a 10 minute walk!! the condo was actually better looking than the pictures. Hidden gem for sure.

This rental was absolutely amazing. The location couldn't have been more perfect for us - situated close to the middle of the peninsula, making walking in either direction a reasonable walk distance-wise. This rental is much closer to both the beach, and the harbor, than you would think from the photos. The house is in pristine condition...it all seems brand new. Not a speck of dust to be found. The unit even smells like a new-build. There are NO odors in the house...no horrible sprays or anything like that. Just fresh. The linens were lovely (I wish I knew where the bed coverlet is from, I want it for home!), and the bed (split-King) and pillows were wonderful. My husband is a "problem sleeper", and he slept straight through every single night, waking up feeling like a new man! Despite the people upstairs being a little noisy, the house is truly a 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go back!

Nice place close to the beach and bike trail

We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

Loved our stay here! The unit is so clean, beautiful and comfortable beds and linens, everything we needed was stocked, and the host is quick to respond. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful, we enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning, and the sunset at night. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and there were plenty of extra blankets, and a space heater for the colder beach air at night. Can’t wait to come back!!

Klaudia was a great host, responsive and open to assist with any questions throughout our stay. We felt at home and found parking around the corner which is not too far from the complex entrance . Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe . I really like the fact that the 7/11 is steps away .

The view and location were fabulous. Walked to several fantastic nearby restaurants and cafes. Our group had a wonderful stay. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when needed. The only thing to note is parking can be slightly challenging if you have more than 2 cars. The two spots included with the residence are great and feel very safe. We had guests coming in from all different directions so we had additional cars. There are lots with free day parking nearby but then need to be moved in the evening. There is free evening parking on street if you’re able to snag a spot. It’s paid max 2hr parking during the day.

Place is beautiful and well maintained. Amenities are great . Location is amazing and close by to a big shopping plaza with lots of great choices for dining. Would definitely recommend it.

This Beach House was a great location, central to a lot of shops, restaurants and activities, and very homy to come back to every day after adventures in Long Beach and Catalina Island. Modern appliances and comfortable interior made it a great place to stay. Just blocks from the beach I was able to walk to breakfast every morning and bring my skates down to the beach walk for evening sunsets. Great place and highly recommended staying here!

The condo is in a great location, dog friendly and looks exactly how it’s shown in the pictures. I am pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness and it was pristine! I frequently travel to Long Beach and usually stay in hotels, but this hidden gem far surpasses any hotel experience I’ve had in the area—at an unbeatable price. I can’t wait to return! We absolutely loved our stay! The place looks even better in person than in the photos—beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. It was the perfect alternative to a hotel while traveling with our daughter and her teenage friend. They had their space, and we had ours, which made for a super comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was a huge plus for us since we have dietary restrictions—it made traveling so much easier. We were also welcomed with a lovely food basket, a bottle of wine, and a handwritten note from the owner—such a warm and personal touch! The host was quick to respond to any questions and even checked in when the smoke alarm was triggered while we were cooking. The location was great—everything we needed was within about 15 minutes. Plus, having access to the pool and gym on the premises was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Mandy's place. The house was furnished well and beautifully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed and the location was convenient to shops, restaurants, and freeways to get around SoCal. Communication was easy - the lock was acting strange one day and Vicky was quick to respond. The only downside was that the neighbors upstairs were quite loud (heavy stomping as early as 4:30am almost every day) - obviously not the owner's fault but something to consider if you're a light sleeper. That being said, we would still highly recommend this Airbnb if you're in the area.

Kelly’s place will not disappoint! My goodness the minute you open her front door … you know you picked right! Absolutely welcoming and just a home feel. We would have rented another full month but others beat us to it. We are relocating from Hawaii and are closing on our own new place. So we needed longer stay times. You will not be disappointed with this choice! The bed are super comfortable and the furnishings are as well. Some hosts do not put emphasis enough on furnishings. They pick cheap and super uncomfortable couches etc. Kelly’s place is just right. She thought of truly hosting her guests. It shows in her place. Again… this is one gem you cannot miss. 😊

I booked this place for my family and World class was incredibly responsive, providing detailed instructions for the check-in, and excellent service. My family had a pleasent stay and the location was great. They are able to walk to the nearby supermarket, restaurant, bakery, etc The place itself was simple yet elegant design for a relaxing stay. Love the high ceiling which makes the space feel very spacious . Definitely stay here for the location !
