We really enjoyed our stay in this dreamy farmhouse. My group was visiting from Colorado to climb in neighboring Joe's Valley. The house was as described, except for one improvement--the more formal couch was replaced with a comfier velvet couch, perfect for lounging. The house was perfectly clean, beautiful and quiet. A little off the beaten path if you're used to staying in Orangeville to climb, but the 20 minute drive was made up for by how private and nice this house was. I'd stay here any time!

It was a very clean house in a nice quite part of town. It was still close to lots of things though. We had nice relaxing stay.

We were at home from the minute we walked in. We have family close by, so we were grateful for a place to house our herd! There was plenty of room. Grandkids loved it! Plenty of room to enjoy one another or find our own space. Kitchen and family area was spacious. Favorite was the reading nook at the top of the stairs. LOVED all the local history books. THANKS for a great stay!!!

Tammy was very nice, responsive & flexible especially when booking the house because dates were up in the air, depending on when my daughter-in-law was going to be induced. It was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, lots of room, stocked kitchen and Tammy even got us a griddle when I asked if the kitchen had one before we got there. Comfortable beds and nice open living area. Upstairs renters were quiet and the view was beautiful out the back area. Nice peaceful neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again!

Needed a place to recover from knee replacement for a few weeks before traveling home. We stayed 28 days and felt comfortable, safe, and home was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen furnished so we could cook and not have to go out or have food brought in. Library was perfect for relaxing while reading or crocheting. Wish it had been a time other than winter to enjoy the patio area and yard. Great area to build strength walking and the park by the town hall is perfect for walking until I was strong enough to take the ups and downs around the neighborhood. Definitely would stay again. Nick went way above expectations to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

It was a great place to stay! There were so many nice extra things like the coffee maker with all the pods, waters for us in the fridge, and extra blankets in the closet. The backyard deck set up was awesome with the blackstone and BBQ smoker… unfortunately we were so busy we didn’t get the chance to use it. We enjoyed our stay!

Sally is great to communicate with and very helpful. This is our second time staying here and we plan on staying again when we head back down to that area. It’s always very clean and there’s plenty of space to kick back after a long day. Thanks again Sally!

The listing had an unfortunate flooding accident with a broken sprinkler line that flooded the basement, and we weren't told about this until we arrived, at which time we had to book a last minute hotel to accommodate the shortage of beds. Manpreet and family were very apologetic and incredibly good to get a hold of after we arrived, and the place itself was gorgeous, clean, well kept, and in a very great area with ample parking, but communication about the issue ahead of time would have allowed us a better opportunity to adapt.
