房东超级友好，一直给我们讲解怎么玩包括公交车怎么坐，真的太棒了，房间里一应俱全可以做吃的，非常舒服，周围交通便利，睡觉很安静像家一样，下次还想来！

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was in order and clean. The area is quiet and walkable. There is a park in a walking distance and place for a workout.

Sehr freundliche und aufgeschlossene Begrüssung und Verabschiedung beim Check-In/Check-Out. Bei Fragen auch immer erreichbar und hilfreich, auch mit Fotos. Das Zimmer war klein, aber fein. Es war niedlich eingerichtet und gab alles, was man brauchen könnte/angegeben ist. Alles war sauber und sonst hätte es auch selbst Putzutensilien gehabt. Die Matratze, die sie uns noch bereitgestellt hat für den Boden, war fast ein bisschen dünn, aber ausreichend. Man könnte sich nicht mehr wünschen, würde es sofort wieder buchen, wenn ich wieder nach Kyoto gehe :)

Good location. 6 minutes walk to the near bus stop which go to Gion, Kiyomizudera, and other places. It’s very near Kimono Tea Ceremony Karasuma and Nishiki Market. The room is like a hotel room. Shared Microwave oven and laundry is at the first floor. Doing laundry is a bit challenging, but just need to set your timer if someone is using and set another timer for when your laundry is done. Drying system is in the bathroom, so very convenient. Overall, the unit is good for a short stay. The location is very convenient to explore Kyoto.

It was easy to walk to a train station which quickly got us to Kyoto Station, so that was helpful for all we wanted to explore in Kyoto. The description was accurate - it said small for 4 adults, which was our group, and it worked for us since we only had backpacks. If you have luggage, there would not be much room. The only thing I didn't understand before arriving was that there was only one sink, so you had to use it for both meal prep and toothbrushing since no sink in the bathroom area. We loved having the kitchen area so we could prepare meals. Any times we had questions the host with super fast to respond. Beds were comfy, all had multiple outlets by them, and the shower was awesome. Bonus to have the washer as well.

Naoya was super responsive and friendly. The accommodation was close to many public transport options, and close to convenient stores. Warm shower bath was great. Would recommend for anybody staying in the Osaka Kansai region.

民宿附近没有临近繁忙的道路所以很安静。即使入住期间附近有工地在施工，但是由于房间极好的隔音效果不错，在卧室都几乎听不到什么施工的噪音，总之这对我们6天的居住基本没有影响。房东很友好，给我们准备了小零食，对此孩子们很开心。民宿位置离环球影城很近，早上做地铁30分钟之内可以到达环球影城，这样使得我们轻松在开园后直接进入马里奥专区。除了附近的便利店，民宿附近还有一家Life超市，买日常用品和食品很方便。附近的三个地铁站都离大阪的交通枢纽梅田站不远，所以交通也很方便。房间的配备的餐饮器具和洗浴设施都很齐全。感谢房东提供的良好条件，如果有机会一定再来住这个民宿，同时我也很愿意把它推荐给我来大阪游玩的朋友。

I had an amazing stay at Yuiitsu’s place! It had everything I needed. It is new, very clean, spacious, has lots of light and ammenities. Its very close to a nice tourist area called Kitano. On the same street you find local nice restaurants! It is just a 10 min walk from Sannomiya Station. I loved staying at Yuiitsu’s place. Would definetly come back!

Great place to stay. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. Host is easily contactable. Quiet area but still accessible to the nearest train station. Room is clean and spacious. Will definitely return for our next trip.

We love this apartment. Several of our colleagues stayed here as we work for Expo. Well connected. Amazing hosts, super clean and comfortable.

The place was greatly located, just a few steps from a park you can relax during the night or day! Also very close to 2 train station lines which made going places very convenient. The place was just perfect for 4 people to move around freely. Will surely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself!

Es war klein aber fein. es ist wine super Lage alles was das herz begehrt in laufdistans. Das Zimmer war sauber und einfach zu betreten. Devinitif eine unterkunft zum weiter empfelen.

室内も綺麗で、期間限定なのか、お値段もお安くなってたので、とても助かりました。

약간 올드한 감성의 집이지만 푹신한 침대와 이불이 만족스러웠습니다. 집도 청결했고 맘편히 쉬다왔어요. 다만 여행중심지(난바 우메다 등)와 대중교통으로 이동하기엔 도보시간이 많았던 점이 아쉬웠습니다

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden um sich auch selber etwas zu kochen. Nadia war immer hilfsbereit und hat schnell geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was a pleasure staying at Tera's apartment during my first trip to the Kansai region. The apartment is located well away from the bustling streets of Shinsaibashi but still share many of its conveniences like a Lawson's, pharmacies and eateries just a stone throw away. You are also spoiled with many dining alternatives along the same street of the apartment, namely "Onigiri Gorichan" and "Sushiro". The apartment wise feels homely with most of the essentials that you would require. My only qualms will be that the Airbnb does not have an elevator (which meant lugging 35kg of luggage up and down the 2F apartment at the start and end of my stay), and the occasional stench of cigarettes from a neighbouring smoking-friendly cafe, but the smell does not take long to dissapate once you switch on some appliances in the apartment. However, I would not trade these 2 flaws for any of the benefits or conveniences mentioned. I highly recommend Tera's homestay to anyone who is visiting Osaka!

Ohara is such a wonderful and responsive host. His place was very near the station which is very convenient if you want to explore. There are also a lot of convenience store and market around the area. It felt like home. Will surely recommend his place to friends

The place itself is so authentic and cozy, and the outdoor bathtub is just the cherry on top. The location is 10/10 - so close to a lot of must-see things. It was so nice to be able to walk to basically everything.

This was our first visit to Kyoto and we really enjoyed staying at K/H’s place. It was exactly as described and in a great location; very close to the train station. We were comfortable and at peace everyday. We appreciate having such a lovely place to stay during our visit and we will recommend the area to friends in the future.

Gran lugar para quedarse en Kyoto, es fácil caminar a la estación de Kyoto sí hay clima agradable y si no, se pueden utilizar diferentes autobuses que paran justo enfrente del lugar. Fácil acceso y tranquilo, todo funcionaba perfectamente. Era un poco pequeño pero suficiente para dos personas.
