Had a great stay. Very easy to deal with and had everything we needed. Quiet area. Great instructions and everything was self explanatory.

Everything was perfect with the apartment and Mary made us feel right at home! We loved going to feed the ducks and ducklings with the nuts she gave us. Thanks a lot Mary, we hope to stay again soon!! X

Great little place, comfortable and handy location.

A pristine apartment in an ideal location for exploring Coventry. Safe easy access car parking on site. Well equipped with plenty of space and even a balcony. A clear video gave exact easy to follow instructions for access and Ana was very supportive when messaging when we found it difficult to locate on arrival. V convenient local shops for breakfast goods. We would happily come back to explore Coventry more.

Mohammed’s place was really warm and cozy and had everything I needed. Mohammed was very helpful and pleasant and on hand in case there were any problems which there wasn’t. I would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed 👍

An amazing home and a perfect location - private and secluded yet still within the town.

Susanne won my heart with her very descriptive notes she sent me on the place on making the reservation. Communication with her was breezy. Her Airbnb is a quaint place which had everything I needed. She helped me with my bags up and down the stairs during my check-in and check-out. She was very respectful about my fear of dogs. As a host, I felt she gives you absolute privacy and in those rare instances you run into her, you feel like you've run into an old friend. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.

This was my second stay with Andy. Andy is really lovely, friendly and helpful. I felt at peace staying here and very welcome. The lodge had everything I needed and Andy is really responsive. Really good location aswell

She is very responsive in messages and has lots of great recommendations, the local area guide she has is really helpful. the annex is absolutely beautiful, in stunning surroundings. Very straightforward check in and check out. The sign and mini eggs were a beautiful touch, thank you for a lovely stay!

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

We arrived earlier than expected and Gerald was happy to show us in before the scheduled time which was really helpful. The place had everything that we needed and was spotless. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

Chris is very responsive. I felt safe leaving my family when I was away at work the week I was there. I appreciated the space and the ability to make our own meals.

Lovely apartment within walking distance to the town. Pam and Nick, were great sent clear instructions and directions before check in, and emailed during our stay to make sure everything was okay. Loved the black out blinds!

Amanda was an amazing host always responsive to my questions. I lived in this house for around 2 months. It was a bit pricy however worth the money. Very clean and lot of amenities. The location is very close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. I enjoyed this house a lot.

I enjoyed our stay for one night on New Year’s Eve. The flat is spotlessly clean, it is beautiful with lots of charm and character. One small note, I found the code system tricky because it’s an old door with new electric lock systems, but it was fine to figure out with two of us and it does save needing a key. There were many helpful instruction labels throughout the property for every door and device etc. The bed is very comfy and the flat is warm and peaceful with fab interior design.

Fantastic place and the pictures don’t do it justice!! A haven in the middle of nature but with spacious modern apartment and the outside area is completely amazing!! Rosalind was really helpful and responsive and even though you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere due to the views and peaceful surroundings, it’s only a few minutes to the shops and some lovely pubs!! Will definitely go back!!

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Great hosts and such an amazing place, thank you again for hosting us!
