Hearing the ocean all night was a dream come true. Watching surfers was nice. Having a beach steps from our door was a must have. A few days of construction next door interrupted afternoon naps.

Great stay! We’ve have been to Puerto Rico several times, but this was our first time staying in a private Airbnb rather than a hotel or with family. Aquatika is great but can be tricky to find initially - especially in the dark! Aside from that, great location. Beach was a little rough but we found a private, more calm beach less that 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend renting a car. The lazy river and water park were closed during our stay, slide only open on weekends. We found great places to eat, just don’t be shy about supporting local businesses. Home was very clean (and I’m a clean freak) comfy bedding and mattress. Only negative inside the house was no tub for our toddler but that actually made my life easier! Would highly highly recommend!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The space was incredibly clean and spacious, and the facility provided plenty to do in the time we were there. The pools were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed a quick round of mini-golf. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. It was one of our favorite AirBnBs and a place I would 100% return to if we come back to the area. We were hoping for a 10 out of 10, and we got an 11 with this one!

Great location super close to the beach. Lots of restaurants near by and host was very accommodating of our early checkin.

The pics don't do this place justice... I was skeptical at first but glad we stood here. Host is very communicative. The place has everything you need in amenities plus other home goods you don't find in other AirBnBs. Washer/Dryer were very convenient and I didn't have to buy detergent 🙂. Beach accessories, cooler, etc. Only minor observation is the room AC is alittle loud but I still slept through it, however it took my wife a day or so to get used to it. Bathroom is just a tad smaller than average but it was manageable. Place was very clean and short walking distance to beach.

Amazing house that was very spacious and the host was very friendly and responsive. She usually responded within seconds. A/C worked extremely well and we never had any issues with plumbing. Upon arriving at the house, it was extremely clean and easy to adjust to. There was initially some difficulty finding the house but with the help of the host we were able to find it. I would definitely recommend this location!

The Place was Pleasant, Beautiful, Comfy and location is good for various places to go to. (beaches, waterparks, restaurants, etc.) Host was very proactive and gave great suggestions. Definitely recommending the place to my friends and family.

This Airbnb was perfect for our group of 6! Location was the best- walkable to everything in Old San Juan, yet on a safe and quiet block. Property was exactly as described, no surprises. BEST supplied property we’ve ever visited, with plenty of laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags etc for our large group. Perfect stay, already thinking about our next visit!

Ana María was a great host, very communicative and helpful. offered to even do me and my partners laundry for us ! very friendly and great location. 10/10 would stay here again. the only problem if that would be there was a small stain on one of the toilet paper rolls, but overall no complaints !

We absolutely loved the views of this AirBnB. It was clean and comfy! Also amazing location for us at least. We were visiting family in Orocovis so this place was super convenient!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Carlos's beach house. The place is exactly as described. We often times had the beach completely to ourselves during the week. On the weekends locals would come to the beach with their families. Locals also brought their horses to the ocean to ride/swim, our boys loved watching them! Everyone was very friendly towards us and we made a few new friends! There is a wonderful restaurant directly across the street called Hoy Como Ayer that is definitely worth a visit. If you stay at this property do know you will be located on a main road that is very busy with fast moving vehicles. We were very happy for the fence around this property to keep our little boys safe. Overall we really enjoyed Carlos's house and would gladly stay again. We were extremely pleased with this Airbnb! Gated community with the coconut trees and a lovely beach just out the back door. The beach was gently sloping and all sand and fringed with coconut trees. Perfect for the kids to play in. There were washed up coconuts that were sprouting and we planted several among the taller coconut trees above the high-water mark. Kitchen had everything you needed. Huge drier was great for those towels and swimsuits. Carmen was very responsive, getting back to us within a few minutes – even on Thanksgiving Day! This is a great value – well worth checking out! NOTE: The location of this place on the map is incorrect. This place is actually at Playa del Yunque Rio Grande to the east of the marked location.

The place was beyond amazing! The pictures didn’t do justice of the windows opening to the ocean view and sounds. Everything was perfect!!! The people were amazing in the building! Everyone was so nice. I honestly don’t think I could have ever asked for anything better than this. I’m definitely going to make another trip and will be reaching out again

Wonderful place located in a very local neighborhood. Apartment was perfect for 3 girls and very clean. My only complaint is that everything is a drive away. It’s a 10-12 minute drive to the beach, La Placita, and Old San Juan.

I stayed with my family including 2 teenagers and y dad and the place is absolutely beautiful, clean and well equipped. It's located in a secure gated community surrounded my the manicured golf course fields with a pool and a restaurant within the community. The amenities of our apartment were great, including everything needed for some light breakfast cooking, beach, and relaxing on the balcony after hours. The apartment has 2 TVs, an AC in every room was functioning well and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. The closet had a number of new beach accessories like chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. Pro tip for the check-in: There are 2 gates leading to "Cluster One" along the same road. Use the *second* one and park the car in front of it, then *walk* to the apartment, open the combination lock of the main door and get the remote control for the gate from the hook at the apt, and come back to open the gate and drive in to park the car by the golf cart.

Julie and Pablo were wonderful hosts! They were extremely communicative, with clear instructions. They also went above and beyond to help us out when we needed to extend our stay for an extra day. Aquatika is the perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. We loved the pools and easy beach access!

Awesome location with an amazing view of the beach. The place has everything you’d need and is super convenient for anyone that loves the beach. The apartment is very cozy and clean. The host is also very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lery is one of the nicest, most genuine, people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. So quick to respond when I was having internet issues- it was fixed in a matter of minuets, no lie. The place provided great views of sunset and the balcony was a great place to take morning coffee. The space was actually a lot bigger than expected so that was a nice surprise. Quiet building. I experienced little to no ubers a few times but that could have been my personal experience. Just something to be mindful of if you don’t have a car like me. Overall, a great stay with an even greater host!!!

This was our second visit to Frances place. The villa was easy to find and within 8 miles of restaurants and things to do. Frances was a great host and responded to our questions and concerns. We will definitely visit again
