Many thanks to Thanuja and her family for their hospitality and great home. The house is beautiful, the location is excellent, close to shops, cafes, beach, surfing. The house has everything you need, a kitchen, a bedroom with a large bed, a workplace, fast Internet, air conditioning, a beautiful backyard. The hosts treated us to local food, it was very tasty. This is a great option for a long stay.

"Nice place to stay! The host is very polite and friendly, always ready to help. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The photos fully match reality, which was a pleasant surprise. It's only a 5-minute ride on a scooter to the center and the beach — the location is excellent. The only small downside is the lack of a full kitchen, as there’s just a stove and a sink on the balcony, but it's enough for simple breakfasts and dinners. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!"

Lovely place with everything you need including a gas hob. Very helpful host who was keeping in touch on regular basis. Place is located only a short walk to the main street and the beach, yet is very peaceful. Chathura is very helpful and will do anything to make sure you are happy. We needed a taxi to the airport and he has arranged us a very good airport transfer for a better price then pick me or Uber. Definitely would stay again.

What an incredible house (actually on the beach!) It's stunning - we had the most amazing week there & can't wait to go back. We loved the location & how close it was to great restaurants, bars but also how peaceful it was too! This house is brand new & so luxurious (such attention to detail makes this house so beautiful - we didn't want our stay to end & were so sad to say goodbye. This house comes with its own chef, Hasitha - he's brilliant & made us delicious breakfast every morning with fresh fruits, juices & eggs just how we like them. Hasitha also made us a superb dinner one of our evenings with local curry and fresh fish (the best ever!) His Sri Lankan chicken wrap and prawn curry was the most delicious lunch too! We loved the Spa Ceylon amenities in our bathrooms, such lovely products. We were welcomed on check-in by the whole team led by Uvindu (hotel manager) he was great- very efficient & Madu & Guru from housekeeping - they kept our house, pool & garden so lovely.

Beautiful property with a big pool and a great bar area. The comfy bedrooms made for a wonderful night's sleep. Dilan and his family were incredibly kind and hospitable, always ensuring we were comfortable. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see in the area. We only stayed one night and wished we had stayed longer. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.

We loved staying at Shaun’s place. He was a great, responsive and flexible host & Ruhan was such a lovely, smiley co-host. It’s just a short walk to a little beach where you can snorkel with turtles. There’s lots of restaurants, beach bars & cafes just a short walk away.

We had wonderful 11 nights at this place. We wanted to feel like at our home, feel how locals live and that"s the what we've got. There is no AC (as advertised in the ad), but it was not a problem. The fan above the bed does it's work perfectly. The open kitchen is amazing and you can make what ever you want. There is everything, including the blender (which is significant, considering the abundance of fresh tropical fruits everywhere). There was almost no mosqitoes in beautiful garden. Also, lot of local animals and a pretty friendly monkey. There were some shortages of water, but it was not a serious problem. Raju was a great host and we will surely come again.

Ruwan ist ein überaus lieber Mensch der sehr darum bemüht ist, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gab einen Kühlschrank voll mit kostenlosem Wasser. Frühstückszeiten waren nach Absprache, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Das Frühstück hätte ein bisschen mehr variieren können (es gab jeden Tag das Gleiche). Ruwan organisierte uns den Transport zur nächsten Unterkunft zum Uber Preis. Und der Fahrer war auch sehr nett. Wir haben einen Ausflug zu den Schildkröten und nach Galle zusammen mit Ruwan gemacht, den ich mir ehrlich gesagt etwas anders vorgestellt hatte. Ich dachte er ist so etwas wie ein Touri Guide der uns auch Informationen an die Hand gibt, aber er hat uns lediglich gefahren. Dafür empfand ich den Preis als etwas zu hoch. Aber es war dennoch sehr schön und eine gute Idee. Wir bereuen es nicht 4 Nächte bei Ruwan verbracht zu haben und können es guten Gewissens empfehlen. Gerne wieder dort.

Our time in Weligama was amazing and made even more wonderful due to Valentine’s lovely place. Clean and beautifully decorated, it made for the perfect base for us to explore and a stones throw from the beach, we couldn’t have asked for more!

I’m a single woman traveling alone from the U.S. and from the first moment meeting the hosts, I felt like I was part of this beautiful family. I have friends forever here! So warm and welcoming and accommodating. What a beautiful example of Sri Lankan hospitality. The hostess is always eager to cook you a delicious Sri Lankan meal. They put in so much effort to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I need. Excellent all around! Incredible value, excellent Wi-Fi, beautiful home, quick access to Hikkaduwa beach. The host has also been my personal tour guide of the area, which has a lot to see and experience. In particular the tsunami of 2004 was quite devastating to this area, and there are many memorials that are heart-opening. This family even rented a car and drove me eight hours to the center of the island where we spent the night together experiencing other sites! Incredible! I would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to have a unique, personal experience!

Vila din Galle, Sri Lanka, a fost o adevărată bijuterie! Punctul forte al acestui loc este, fără îndoială, curtea uimitoare, un spațiu plin de viață unde am avut șansa să întâlnesc diverse animale, precum maimuțe curioase care au adus un farmec aparte șederii mele. Camera a fost confortabilă, curată și bine întreținută, oferindu-mi tot ce aveam nevoie pentru a mă relaxa după o zi de explorare. Personalul a fost excepțional – mereu amabil, atent și gata să ajute cu orice cerință sau întrebare. Combinația dintre ospitalitate, curtea spectaculoasă și confortul oferit face ca această vilă să fie o alegere perfectă pentru oricine vizitează Galle. Recomand cu entuziasm!

We had an excellent stay at this apartment and appreciated all the thoughtful details. Communication with Dakshan was smooth and supportive from start to finish - he was very helpful, always quick to respond, and offered great assistance whenever we had questions or needed guidance. The apartment itself was in top-notch condition, featuring powerful air conditioning, fast internet, and a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. The spacious layout and separate showers in each room gave everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the modern yet cosy feel instantly made us feel at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d gladly stay here again.

We really loved our stay in the apartment. It's very nicely designed and has everything that's needed. Also, we really enjoyed cooking in the outside kitchen. The place has a nice working area if you ever need to be productive. Eva was a great host. She was there for us all the time and helped us a lot with everything. The beach is very close and several shops aren't far away.

Our stay at Pramod's place with my family was fantastic! He is truly an incredible host, always attentive to our needs and ready to help with anything we required. His kindness and generosity exceeded all expectations, from assisting with our late check-in due to a delayed flight to helping us organize various trips around the area. The apartment is fantastic, always clean and located in a convenient area for any interest. I highly recommend staying with him so an unique experience !

Amazing apartment! So close to galle so easy to go for dinner. Nice restaurant/ beach club within walking distance. Aircon was a lovely. plus restaurant was a nice addition for easy lunches/ dinner!

We were really happy to stay here - felt like a home in another country. Appreciated the own outdoor kitchen & laundry machine. The area was quiet, peacefull & mostly local. It is easy to move around - also to local markets & supermarket & fishmarket. The Host are very polite and they have their own small shop where you can buy for example all the drinking water & eggs. The apartment itself is spacious. It was also easy to organize a bike from nearby & store it at the yard. You can easily live here in the rhytm of the nature and hear also the nearby temple/monestry monks singing every morning & evening. It was convienent to get to all the nearby activities like yoga, restaurants etc with a bike in a couple of minutes. In over all it was a peacefull home not too far from anything and we were especially happy not to have loud overnight parties or traffic noises at night around. Blissfull, great value for the money & highly recommended!🫶🏻

I stayed in the guest cottage on a lovely private (gated) property full of jungly trees, birds, and monkeys! Eva has built a paradise. It was wonderful to walk down to yoga a few times. Overall it's exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet (except for all the bird chatter, but that was lovely). Also the staff are so lovely and helpful and smiling. Just a reminder that there's no AC, and you are in the jungle so be obsessively clean in the kitchen (hello ants) and don't let the little lizards scare you. I named one Fred. :). If the wifi doesn't work, just find the wifi repeater and ensure it's plugged in, and ta da, the signal perks right up. Highly recommend.

восхитительные апартаменты! очень чисто, светло и уютно. Есть вся посуда на кухне, кофеварка, хороший холодильник, тостер и микроволновая печь, есть кулер, питьевую воду можно купить в большом бутыле на первом этаже Идеально чистые комнаты, все поверхности без пыли. Еженедельная уборка заслуживает отдельного описания- настолько тщательная и точная. Хозяин апартаментов дает очень подробные четкие инструкции по заселению и всегда на связи, идет на встречу по всем вопросам. В составе комплекса есть бассейн(110 см глубина) и хорошая базовая тренажерка. Мы остановились тут на 1 неделю и в итоге продлили проживание на месяц.

The house was very cozy, with everything you need to feel at home. The location is excellent, it is very close to very cool places and a few minutes by scooter from good beaches. Everything was perfect. :)
