The Scioto Mile in downtown Columbus features miles of multi-use trails and is a great spot to take a stroll and enjoy both the beautiful city and nature! This park also hosts free concerts on summer weekends, and a huge set of fountains create a fun environment for kids to play in during the daylight hours. Only a 10-minute drive away and a must to see!
Located Downtown near the end of the Scioto Mile (a walking/bike path along the river), Bicentennial Park is home to many summer festivals and events along with giant fountains that the kids can play in Keep in mind that street parking around this area is metered M-Sat., Free Sundays. There are not physical meters in most places, so keep an eye out for meter boxes or signs with mobile payment instructions
