Myself, hubby & 2 lge dogs had a great stay here. The house is well maintained with quality appliances. The kitchen & pantry are well stocked with all equipment & cooking essentials. Well equipped laundry. Flooring is polished boards/tiles with mats & bedrooms are carpeted. Dogs are allowed inside but to avoid being on furniture or in the bedrooms. The house has a large fully fenced & secure grassed back yard however rabbits live under the house & may come out at dusk/dawn. The holes under the house are blocked but small dogs might find a way under if determined. There are 6 or 7 steps from the back deck down to the back yard, and also from the laundry back door. The timber side fence which runs along the park & playground side is about 1.5m which might be jumpable by a large determined dog after possums or dogs in the park. Two fantastic nearby dog beaches - Ventnor (10 mins drive) & Boatramp (10 mins walk). All shops a few mins drive. Quiet location. Would definitely stay again.

David was a great host, plenty of communication re check in and flexible with sleeping arrangements, he made the stay quite stress free. The location cannot be beaten with 90 mile beach about 100m from the back door and the jetty 50m from the front.

Suzanne is a gracious, friendly and most responsive host. The Jade cottage is clean and comfortable, supplied with everything you could possibly want. We enjoyed breakfast in a sun drenched north facing outdoor garden and had an incredibly comfortable four day stay. Many thanks Suzanne.

Toby’s a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Plenty of space for the dogs to play around and walking distance to town. The beach wasn’t too far away and Wilsons Prom an hour away. We had what we needed in the kitchen and we had a great time staying in Venus Bay

Hard to fault. Older style property, as depicted in the photos, and the usual quirks that come with that type of Airbnb but nothing which prevented us loving our stay. Spotless and clean, comfy bed and spacious living, dining, kitchen are the things we value the most and met all expectations. Peaceful and quiet location, short walk to the main street / shops / restaurants of Port Campbell. Would stay again and would recommend.

Great communication and generous helpful hosts. We had a girls long weekend and chose this location for the views especially from the balcony and close access to the local cafe. The home had all the amenities we needed from kitchen to cook, laundry so we could do a load after the beach and games to play. Marc and Kathleen are excellent communicators and we were really impressed with the google doc that contained clear direction, amenities, shops in Cape Paterson and nearby areas to explore. Thank you!

Emma en Richelle reageerden snel op onze reservering en vragen. De (foto)routebeschrijving, voor op het landgoed zelf, was uitstekend. Het huis voldeed geheel aan de verwachtingen. De koelkast bevatte reeds flesjes water en melk. Koffie, thee en suiker staan klaar. De ligging in de beboste omgeving van Barongarook is geweldig, de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de kust, het Otway deel en het merengebied. Kortom een absolute aanrader! Onze 3 nachten verblijf ging te snel voorbij.

Me and 4 other friends stayed for 3 days 2 nights. We arrived in the middle of the night, it was a bit hard to find because no light but we managed to find it. We had a great stay at Shane’s place. It was exactly as it shows on the listing. Recommend this place for a short gateway.

Clean and comfortable place. Great beds and pillows and it started cool through the heatwave even without the aircon running all day. Limited private outside space but still has a good sized BBQ. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Ramada Resort. There are two outdoor pools and a warm indoor pool, 3 spas, 2 Gyms, an arcade games room, tennis courts, peddle carts, basketball courts, and 3 EV charging stations. There’s so much to do we barely had to leave the resort. During the day there are lots of water birds hanging about. At night there are friendly rabbits and possums roaming around. We loved it!

Lovely little apartment with a putting green outside both the bedroom and living room!!! So fun!! Everything was spotless! Nikki’s instructions were easy to follow. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a golfing night away

Hired this Airbnb for my wedding weekend in Wye River and it didnt disappoint. Absolutely stunning view from all rooms in the house - I could have watched the ocean for days. Very functional kitchen, modern bathrooms, with some very nice touches throughout. Ida and Mary were extremely helpful including advising of roadworks in advance and providing additional towels. The views made it feel like you were the only house on the street. Thanks Ida for having us, we will be back!

We had a great time, loved the quiet location, still so close to the beach and 5 minutes drive from main part of Cowes. My kids loved the yard and all the toys. We found the amenities exactly what we needed, clean, comfy and private. We will definitely be back!
