Amazing location, beautiful house, great hosts. If you are looking to stay and ski near Mt Snow this is the place to be. Ski on and off to Mt Snow directly from the house. Host is very communicative and flexible. Everything was as expected and we certainly will be back again.

I can't compliment the host enough. 10/10 She was very responsive to messages. Host was flexible and very accommodating to additional requests. Also, a very beautiful place at excellent rates considering the various amenities. The Property was exactly what I needed to get unplugged from the hustle and bustle, commune with nature, do some reading and meditation. Only having TVs in the common area allows families to unplug and encourages shared activities

Great place to visit! Walkable for restaurants in Wilmington and 10 minute drive to Mount Snow! Very affordable too.

Michelle and this property are absolute gems. The place is spotless, full of clean and well-maintained pots, pans, kitchen utensils, appliances, and tableware. All the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We have learned from past rentals that the home is not always cleaned properly. So we normally wipe down all the counters, faucets and tables prior to use. This is the only home that we’ve rented that came away with ZERO dirt. Michelle’s very prompt communication contains very detailed information regarding the house and things to-do around the area. We are in awe of this house and Michelle. We hope that all future renters continue to respect the property so that many more can continue to enjoy it for years to come.

Great stay for our large family with many kids! The townhouse is gorgeous and cozy. Walking distance to the mountain. Hot tub and pool at night after a long day skiing. Will definitely stay here every year! Wish we had stayed longer!!

This stay was an absolute gem! The host’s charming old house radiates character and warmth, with every detail carefully curated to make you feel at home. Her hospitality was unmatched—gracious, attentive, and genuine. Clear directions were thoughtfully placed everywhere, making the stay seamless and stress-free.

We highly recommend this house! Great space with everything we needed. The hot tub and fire place was a huge bonus. We had a 4W car and had no trouble driving through the back roads up to the house even during snow/sleet. Stephanie was fantastic- communicated well, helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to rent from.

We spent a few a nights here and loved our stay! The location is amazing -- easy car rides to nearby towns (hop on Route 2) and a short walk to Spring Street and the Willliams College campus. Our stay included some cold winter days, which made the ability to quickly walk to coffee shops and restaurants on Spring Street a plus. The home was super clean and welcoming and felt spacious for the 2 of us. Our impression was that William thought of everything -- e.g., when we wanted extra blankets (remember, we chose winter days for our visit :)), they were easy to find; when we wanted to run the dishwasher, the detergent was right there. We ended up baking a cake during our visit and found the kitchen remarkably well-stocked in terms of kitchen tools. From booking this place to heading out the door, we were extremely satisifed -- clear instructions, amazing location, lovely home. We feel lucky that we found this place and will be eager to return!

Todd was so great to work with. Extremely responsive and helpful! His place was so cute, very clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could ever need and very organized. We rented it to ski at Wachusetts and it was great location( only 15 mins away). We would rent again. Thank you!
